What is 'My Account'? How do I update my information?

It is easy to update your Flipkart account and view your orders any time through 'My Account'.

'My Account' allows you complete control over your transactions on Flipkart

  • Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids
  • Change your password

How do I place an order?

  • Select a category - Choose the product of your choice
  • Create an account by registering or you can also proceed by entering your email id Note: if you register with us you will get the following benefits: -speeds up the ordering process -allows us to keep you informed about your orders and refund through email
  • Carefully enter your shipping address
  • Enter the Welcome Voucher/Discount coupon codes as applicable.
  • Check the final price {Shipping charges}. Select one of the payment options (, Prepaid, Net-Banking/Debit or Credit Card) YOUR ORDER IS PLACED!!!
  • You will now receive a confirmation mail and a SMS from Team Ayurvedadeal.
  • You can check Order history in ‘My Account’ in case you had logged into your account while placing the Order.

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?

  • Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
  • If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:
  • Net Banking 2-4 business days
  • Debit Card 5-7 business days
  • Credit Card 7-21 business days

Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

  • Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.

 How do I pay for a purchase?

We accept payment via  Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards, Net banking


Is it safe to shop online using my Debit card or Credit Card?

  • All credit card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. So no worries here!

 Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase on Ayurvedadeal?

  • There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by Ayurvedadeal. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

 What should I do if my payment fails?

  • In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring:
    Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
  • If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You can email us on  care@ayurvedadeal.com or please give us a call with your order number for any clarification.

 What is a promo voucher?

  • To give you the best deals around, we occasionally issue promo vouchers. It is a simple code which can be applied to get discounts.

 Is there validity date for promo voucher?

  • Every voucher has its validity date which would be mentioned in the email or the voucher card that you received

How do I use a promo voucher?

  • Add products you want to shop in your cart. Click on "Add voucher" button and paste the voucher code in the box and click "Use". Now check the Final Order Amount before you proceed.

Can I club two vouchers in one purchase?

  • No two vouchers can be applied at the same time. In general, our promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

 Is my Promo voucher amount refundable?

  Unfortunately not. Promo voucher amount can neither be refunded nor encashed.


What are the Ayurvedadeal’s shipping methods?

 We ship certain heavy items by ground couriers while other light items are shipped by air. We deliver most of our orders through our courier partners such as Overnight courier. For a  few remote locations where there is no other courier service available, we use India Post to deliver your orders.


 What are the delivery charges?

  • We deliver an order free of cost at your doorstep for all orders above Rs 699. All you have to do is just add any Products to your shopping cart and continue with checkout procedure, our system will calculate the shipping charges as per your order value. If your order value is above Rs 699 then our system will automatically add a FREE Shipping Option for your order. We bear all the sales tax and there is no additional shipping charge that you have to pay at the time of the delivery.
  • However, if you order amount is less than Rs 699, a minimal shipping charge of Rs 50 is applicable.

Note: Certain additional procedures like state-wise taxes may apply to your order depending upon you order type, the utility of your order, the order size and the state/region the order is being delivered to.


 What is the estimated delivery time?

 The duration of dispatching an order depends on the type of order you have placed. Types of order are:

In-stock items (Items that we stock in our 4 warehouses) these items are dispatched the same or the next day of order placement.

Some items are procured from vendors on receiving your confirmation on an order. It takes 2-7 business days to dispatch these orders after you have placed an order.

At all steps of your order processing, we are in constant touch with you over phone, email and SMS to keep you updated.

Typical delivery times are 4 to 7 days from the shipping date for most items using Air shipping Method and 10 to 14 days for Surface Shipping Method.


 How do I track my order?

Email and sms are sent to you after the Order is shipped that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider.
Visit the website of the logistics provider and enter the tracking number for your shipment details.

 I used my tracking number to check the details my shipment but the information is not clear to me

 What is Ayurvedadeal's Returns policy?

 Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item shipped by ayurvedadeal.com, as long as it meets the following conditions:

  • You should return the item to us within 14 days of receipt.
  • We do not accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We try to always provide the highest level of service possible. If there is a problem with your order, please begin by contacting Customer Care immediately. Please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, the name of the affected products, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement. A Customer Care Specialist will respond to you as quickly as possible.

Please do not discard any items unless you have been directed to do so by a Customer Care Specialist.


 How do I return a product?

If you still have it, the box your order arrived in should be sufficient to make sure that your return arrives back at our distribution centre undamaged. Please pack your return shipment securely to ensure that the items are not damaged in transit.

In other cases, If the customer wants to instant return or return within 14 days, and Ayurvedadeal does not offer reverse pickup of the items, the customer can send us the shipment himself/herself.


What about Special Offers & Promotions if I return my product?

If you choose to return part of an order, you may no longer qualify for all special offer associated with your purchase. For example, if you received a free gift with purchase you may be required to return the gift in order to receive full credit for your return.


 How long will the refund process take?

Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit or refund within 30 days and send you an email confirmation. Please bear in mind that it can take several days for the transaction to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.


 I was charged shipping charges for my order. If I return my order, will I get back my shipping charge along with the refund?

  • Shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge.

 If I return a product on my own will Ayurvedadeal pay my shipping charges too?

 If the customer wants to instant return or return within 14 days, and Ayurvedadeal does not offer reverse pickup of the items, the customer can send us the shipment himself/herself. Also, we request the customer to send the scanned copy of the courier slip to care@ayurvedadeal.com and ayurvedadeal will refund the amount. Ayurvedadeal will refund the courier slip amount or INR 60 per 500gm, whichever is less. Customers, please ensure that you do not end up paying more than INR 60 per 500gm for items being returned.
